Carbs and protein actually have the same calorie per gram (even doe like 30% of calories from proetins are lost during digestion), of course though 100g/100kcal of carbs arent the same as 100g/100kcal of protein so try to eat mostly protein (not saying to go keto or cut carbs completely)I still need 2200kcal a day or ill lose muscles
