If I still look like shit when I reach 18.5 bmi (face wise) im genuinely gonna kms because life isnt worth living if I cant be beautiful (7/10 at least)

I dont salt food like at all. Rarely takeout, mostly eat protein rich stuff, almost no sugar. I have 3 creams Skincare routine. I starve myself to get as lean as I can in my face

I consume copious amounts of bananas, sweet potato + prime to get my potassium

yeah pottasium is mainly cope unless you actually have an unbalanced (aka high sodium, low pottasium), but you dont consume much sodium

wtffffffff starvemax! bananas and sweet potatoes are just fucking carbs, drop the fucking sweet potatoes, eat more protein instead!

ok but make most of your kcals protein. Carbs and protein actually have the same calorie per gram (even doe like 30% of calories from proetins are lost during digestion), of course though 100g/100kcal of carbs arent the same as 100g/100kcal of protein so try to eat mostly protein (not saying to go keto or cut carbs completely)

I eat meat and protein powder for protein. Also protein noodles and lentils

I started it like a month or two ago and I only have 300 kcl deficit for recomposition

Also 20% is probably inaccurate, more like 17-18% my abs arent visible cause I cant do excercises which load lower back
