Okay if you want to go the surgery route then buccal fat removal and eye sugery to get the Hunter eye look would legit skyrocket you to super model levels but this is more of something to keep in mind for the future than to put into practice now

I thought about buccal fat removal before but first I want to get to low bf, and it’s a bit to early for me at my age ( I am 18), I would be interested is something to get me better eye area but don’t know any surgery that’s good for that, I have money for surgery if I really want and my parents could help me out if I asked so that not really a problem.

Hmm if I was in you position I would be more worried about money maxxing than look maxxing right now atleast

Very good base and overall you're already quite attractive.
I'd focus on getting leaner (facially speaking) and building a better body if you're not gymmaxxed.
Look into diuretics and at your diet.

I am lean maxing right and going to the gym but was in between wanting to look bigger or smaller but leaner, trying a new diet with lower calories to lose fat

surgery should only be to fix failos and this goes extra for eye surgery.

Nor is there any one surgery that can get you the “hunter eye look”, this is like saying “fix your jaw with jaw surgery bro”
