I will exclude any surgery/things you can't control after you grew up like height.

I've been into looksmaxing for many years now, observing lots of people and researching hardcore and i came up with this simple list.

Sorted by order of importance:

Body fat - by far the number one thing. you must be as lean as you can be. all models/actors/fitness influencers are as lean as they can be without looking sickly or weak.
you can have the best fashion, hair, good amount of muscle etc. but if you carry extra bodyfat and looking chubby, you will be 7 at best.

Muscle - more the better. for frame, masculinity, dominance etc. just keep lifting.

Hair - find a right hair that suit your style/face.

Skin - use some skin care products and sunscreen. do not prolong outside activities without a sunscreen (i made this mistake and im still recovering for many years.)

Teeth - keep it white. if it's crooked, fix it.

Eyebrows - keep it nicely trimmed. use eyebrow pencil if it lacks density.

Fashion - don't wear clothes like a nerd. keep it hip and cool.

Posture - have a tall, confident posture. don't make yourself small and hunch. confidence and posture DOES affect the looks.

Voice - don't have a high pitched, nerdy, shitty voice. speak with deeper tone and speak with clarity and confidence.

Is there anything else i should add to this list? and if so, how important would they be? any ideas welcome! thank you.
