You need to know that you are doing to benefit from surgery. even though there's a looks level that will be impossible to go up due to genetics or just the soft tissue responds to changes in bone positioning, most normies don't know what surgeries they should get nor what they should be aiming for.

I think it's a pipedream for many but not for the reason stated in the .net thread.
Most jaw surgery before/after on the internet aren't done by aspies like us going for looks, they are done by people with occlusion problem that just agree to a surgeon's plan, and if you want the procedure to be as safe as possible, then you do the minimal amount of movement that will fix the issue.
So with proper planning, you should be able to ascend 1 point normie scale just with a DJS (if you're recessed (not necessarly deformed either), if you're not look elsewhere ofc)

The reason I think it is a pipedream is money jfl, money is the biggest blackpill in this world tbh
