I've been trying to do looksmaxing and bonesmashig and followong proper doet but tha shit is fucking up my mental health i always think im not enough and that i will never be able to max out my looks that also get me in trouble eith women im insecure about my looks mental healts is fucking me up day by day

I have no style idk what to wear or what will look good on me I've been always insecure insecurity gets larger when i see my old pictures i really need help to max out my looks I'll do anything to max it out but without surgerys i will do methods that pepole find it fake some find it random tik tok meme
