IMO definitely legit things :
minoxidil , finasteride , jergens self tanner , whitening gel ,castor oil , lifts , beta carotene

If you have any suggestions dump them in this thread so it would benefit other users

what age are you what type of face pulling do you use?
 
  • glycine/d + bioactive collagen peptides(verisol)/d + VitC(1-3gr/d for 1-2 weeks every now and then)
  • liposomal (nano) curcumin/d
  • VitaminK every 4-5days(look at chris masterjohn's blog for detailed guide)
  • cronometer check every 3-5 weeks to see if my diet is on point as far as micros go
  • retinol
  • daily midday "full" body sunlight for 5-10min

the rest is long term looksmaxxing, but legit
