How do yall manage all this with working? Everyday I do 100 sets of eyelid pulling in the morning do stretches then stomach vacuums then I lift weights for 3 hours then I go for walk in park for vit d gains then I do knuckle ups on gravel for knuckle density. then back to gym for second workout then I go home eat and do body weight ab exceesizes then I relax and mew and clench a mouthpiece till I go to bed then before bed 100 more sets of eyelid pulling. How can anybody manage this with a job?
