As people are becoming more and more morally fluid (gay rights, sportsmanship praised over skill, wage increases for lower labour jobs) there will not be the opportunity for uglier people to ascend over the good looking in the same way they used to. When everyone is out for themselves and loyalty is out of the window (current situation) people will rely on looks more than anything to determine your intentions and your character. This goes beyond genetic looks of course (frowning has nothing to do with genetics, unless you're frowning because you're ugly lol), but a lot of it will be based on genetics as I just mentioned (you'll frown if you're ugly) and your looksmaxing skills.
Note: The whole loyalty and morality pushed by our ancestors being thrown out the window is a good thing. Many people only used morality to get what they want and then throw it away when they no longer need it. It's like the prisoners dilemma (look it up if you don't know). So the ones who are actually loyal and actually good at what they do got screwed over because they weren't aware that others wouldn't play fairly out of their own weaknesses. Now the game is changing and the people that were playing fair will no longer play fair and master the new laws pushed by society while the current people at the top will be brought down who didn't get there fairly.
Most of this is behind the scenes but you will notice at workplaces if you take notice the general production output of the company. If everyone is hard working but the actual output is low it means that the execs got there by dirty means and are not playing fair, and that the general workplace is low iq because nobody shares information or can work together, a result of insecure execs not wanting their lack of intelligence to be exposed and people take what they've stolen. With the new laws everyone will play dirty equalizing the board and the execs that remain will be high quality and the ones that fall will be low quality to be replaced by high quality previously loyal players.
It's like Tinder. Everyone complains that only Chad's get matches. Now because Chad can get matches online jealousy, flattery, subtle exile from friend groups (the old laws) will no longer work because Chad can win on his own. Back in caveman days Chad would have been tied up by incels and tried to be killed 24/7 to avoid him and their beloved Stacy mating and he'd exiled because the majority rules when you're dealing with "loyalty" and the old laws. New laws push for the best to get their pick first always and the incels last, even though they are the majority.
So keep looksmaxing, if not you're bound for a long journey of hate amongst you're own incel kind because Chad has ascended and incels need to hate something so they will eventually turn on one another, leading to the eventual defeat and mental enslavery by the Chads and you're own incel kind.
