Looksmaxing can make you look better in the mirror and maybe more attractive to women, but unless you were horrid before (like obese) it's unlikely to be a life-changing experience.

That's fine, so long you weren't expecting it to change your life.

To say you can't ascend is crazy, the trinity of leanmaxxing, heightmaxxing and gymmaxxing alone could take someone from mtn to htn (if they're really lucky), but it is admittedly very case dependant and for a lot of transformations that drastic puberty probably played a part. That being said even if the transformation isn't that crazy, as long as you're mtn and above its worth looksmaxxing since life somewhat begins at high-mtn (for average height people)

However yeah it is true that the feeling of subhumanity never leaves. Sometimes when Im looking in the mirror, for a split second I actually feel good about how much progress I've made and look forward to making more, then that hope is once again replaced with disgust and regret that I wasn't born 6'2+ lite.
