Bro just lose fat and fix your skin and let your hair grow over your ears. Also use 2.5mg oral minoxidil, derma stamp your eyebrows, and dye them darker. You will look a lot better. Do all that basic stuff before worrying about other niche things.

I'm not good at ratings but I'd say your hltn/lmtn, but you could get hmtn with just fixing that stuff i said (eyebrows, bodyfat, skin quality, hair). It really won't take long with some commitment. If you wanted to take something to assist you I would take retatrutide and isotretinoin. See where you are at after fixing that stuff and then decide on what to do.
