I'm looking for advice for my brother.
  1. What advice would you give a 16 yo to maximize his looks / height genetic potential during puberty?
  2. What advice would you give a 16 yo to maximize his social life / status in highschool?
For context he's already really good looking (high htn-cl), 5'9 (open growth plates), quite introverted. I want to help him improve while he's still developing.

Every advice is welcome, thanks

Could this 16yo be you perhaps
lame ass niggas really need lifemaxxing advice :lul:
I'm 20 and already trying to improve myself but looks and socially. I was wondering if there is something that could be improved at a younger age (because of puberty, growth plates still open, etc) so that i can give better advice to my brother

he shouldn't try to be popular and have a lot of friends unless people worship him for just existing. make sure he gets all the nutrients and sleeps like 10 hours.

i would recommend weightlifting or calisthenics
Will calisthenics boost my test even half as much as weight lifting cuz i am broke and i don't have money for a gym (i am in a country where the gyms are super expensive)?

as long as you are going to failure, or close to failure there is no difference really
