now i look at all fat people as disgusting, and if ur fat as a woman ur completely inferior, and i weigh my self like twice a day, its turning into an obsession

also i water fast sometimes for 48 hours without eating, the mental clarity is insane, and u dont feel sluggish ever, but its a bit hard ngl .
