That kinda reminds me of Madison Beer too, she has done some surgeries that elevated her looks in her eye area though the lip fillers i didn't like. However, she still had a good base, she had a pretty cute girl next door kinda face, with nice eye area.

I would still try softmaxxing though, seems useful for a more ''polished hot'' look.
