Even surgery is cope for most people. Unless you only need like 1-3 fixes and already are getting girls then surgery won’t turn you into a different person since every mm and angle creates an attractive face even if on paper your zygos or jaw or whatever are perfect there’s still a chance you wouldn’t be attractive.

Of course it’s the best way to look better out of all of them but people always expect to be a 9/10 after dropping 100k.

You’d already need an alright base. Also fixing just your face wouldn’t fix everything as stuff like clavicle length and hip width and even hand size add up subconsciously in attractiveness. Is it worth it? Yes, but it most likely won’t get you a bunch of HTBs and stacylite. Though even getting treated a bit better permanently is worth it for lifefluel
