I am a good looking individual. Ngl. But I have some work to do.

I am 5'7 15 yo. Not the tallest but I fraud to 5'11 with shoe lifts and boots.

GYMMAXING
Currently doing the Kinobody workout program.
It's working well. I am going to start pump training, (To look pretty ofc:love:)

SKINMAXING
Washing my face everyday and night.
Morning routine- Cleanse, rub ice on my face for 2 minutes, Rub toner with a cotton pad, 11% madelic serum and moisturizing SPF 30 sunscreen.
Nighttime routine-Cleanse, rub ice on my face for 2 minutes, Rub toner with a cotton pad, moisturizer and 10% acne med.
DRINKING A GALLON OF WATER A DAY.
I also sit in the sun for 15 minutes a day.
I do Red Light Therapy also.

EYEBROWMAXING/EYELASHMAXING
Gonna mix castor oil and coconut oil together to put on brows every night. Once they are thick I will shape them as flat as possible. thx @Yoyome99
Gonna put vaseline on eyelashes every night.

EYEMAXING
I have a very good eye shape. But I do have a slight NCT. Gonna fix it with this method-


If that method dosen't work I will get canthoplasty.
Going to get 9 plus hours of sleep.

HEIGHTMAXING
Stretching will give me 1-2 in.
I don't really know what to do hear anymore tbh:feelswhy:

I got rid of my forhead wrinkles using logic. I literally never lift up my forhead skin. And they slowly but steadily vanished boyo

Forgot to put that in there. But I've doing it for 2 months now. My jaw bone by my ear has elongated and my side profile is a little better tbh

Okay, hear me out because I see that you are quite involved, and I like to talk with people that are doing stuff. I have been in your situation before this and lookism existed and I have a lot of experience in "ascension" its only your choice if you will follow my advices or not, I guarantee you it is all you need to know, I've been through it all.
KINOBODY is Great - the only person that you should take advice from on the Internet, everything that he says is the absolute truth, follow his diet advice also - eat WHATEVER you want as long as you hit protein 0.8g/lb.

Next thing: stop with this skincare routine you will lose a lot of money and it will do shit, to prevent this you take cold showers to the end of your motherfucking life it will moisturize your skin in the natural way and your hair will be great, never use shampoo or conditioner, you literally won't age.

Long story short: it has to be messy with gradually fading sides to the top or just grow out your sides.

No, Im 20yo, been doing coldshowers for over 4 years (only 3 hot showers that didn't last long over these years), I have not a single wrinkle on my face (I am sunbathing quite often, just not this summer). Before I was taking cold showers I had wrinkles on my forehead believe it or not - its your choice.

And don't trust people that are telling you that alcohol is bad for your skin etc. It is not.

Idk what to tell you, you dont even know how many compliments I got from girls, in my HS girls were literally touching my hair and asking why it is so smooth. I havent used shampoo or any other chemical for 4 years.

Literally dont wanna waste my nerves and time. Just a reminder that 90% of people on this site are just reading studies and doing nothing to improve themselves, literal nothing. There is a guy that is preaching "6'2 or death" idk.

I just recently went through a skincare phase using high end cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, chemical exfolator etc. and have decided to try the "caveman" routine of just water and cold showers. It's been about a week or two and my skin has gotten slightly worse. Would you say this is normal and you have to adapt to it?

In what way it's worse? do you go straight to the coldest setting?

No, it's mild or slightly warm for most of the shower and then I make it cold at the end for about a minute before I get out. I ditched all products while I'm testing this though. Should I be using soap or something?

So well, I am doing straight out cold always. I have never used soap also.

Answer my question, in what way your skin is worse?
Before it was 90 - 95% clear and now I have a few (1 - 3) small pimples and my cheeks and forehead are slightly red and flaky.

Pimples have nothing to do with cold showers. Pimples = diet. red and flaky skin(I had to see it on google images) = dry skin. Try all the way cold from the start to the finish.
Fuck that's going to be uncomfortable but I'll give it a go. How often do you shower? Every day? Every other day? Just after a workout?

Every other, depends what I was doing during the day, if I was sweating or smth and I stink I hop into cold shower 1-2mins usually (its enough).

My theory is that it is better not to shower than to shower in hot water. And I will spend my whole life preaching it, teaching my kids this also.
I appreciate the advice man.
