> FACE STRUCTURE
-Mewing 24/7
-Correct head posture
-Correct breathing
-Correct swallowing
-Chin tucking 10 minutes every day
-Thumb pulling every Monday doing 5 sets of 20 seconds every 2-3 hours
Using electric toothbrush before to soften the Palate
-Zygo pulling every Monday 5 sets of 20 seconds every 2-3 hours
-Chewing jawliner 30 minutes every day
-Getting supplements for thicker facial bones
-Bonesmashing zygos once a week 10 minutes each side

> EYES
-ice hooding upper eyelid 1 minute each eye every day
-Squinting about 10 minutes throughout the day
-growing lashes and eyebrows using minoxidil
-Bonesmashing upper orbitals 10 minutes once a week
-Planning on getting lasik to get rid of glasses

> SKIN
-Healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables
-Icing my face every day
-using acne soap
-Sunbathing for 15 minutes every day

> HEIGHT
-healthy diet rich on nutrients and protein
-Supplementing
-stretching 5 minutes every morning to decompress my spine (hope it gives me a couple inches)
-Doing microfractures routine 3 times per week
Running 10-15 minutes every night
Then apply 2 kg weight on my ankles before sleep
-Using subliminals 3 times per week (the time I stretch the microfractures) (i know it is probably stupid but I'm so desperate at 5'7)
- 5-10 minutes every day meditating focusing on glabella to produce GH

I think you'd have better results if you injected cianide into both of your eyes and cut off your little pp and ate it.
