i will teach the bioenergetic class with @BrahminBoss first day of class we do a little ice cream maxxing then we do some chocolate milk maxxing then we take t3 and do a lindy mid day nap then we wake up and goon without cumming for the dopamine increase and then we go on a field trip to the grocery store to buy more ice cream and chocolate milk and then we do 1 set of squats to failure and then we watch anime for the rest of class
