I wrote it wrong, I mean that if stop applying stress I will lose the bone mass
 
If u dont stimulate the alveolar bone through teeth occlusion and chewing u will for sure cause mandibular bone resorption overtime cause it is a constant process compared to bone smashing who if only active for 10 minutes as increasing collagen destruction and inflammation, choose wisely

i have some sort of titanium wires post braces behind my lower front teeth this may affect (growth in general)
