Almost two years ago, I started working out, and after a long period of cutting, I lost 27 kg. I definitely lost some muscle during that time. Currently, I’m at around 18% body fat and still cutting, focusing on muscle preservation. However, I’ve noticed some loose skin. Is there any way to get rid of it without surgery?
