Loosing bloat?

How can I loose bloat. I am pretty vascular and muscular but my face is a little bloated. How exactly can I shread facial bloat? I know lowering salt and increasing water intake can help, but what other things other than that?

I have heard taking magnesium can also help. If there is a guide, it would be helpful.

That might be the reason why some people see no difference when cutting sodium, they also cut potassium.
