Loosing weight is a looksmin for the eye area

Trough loosing body fat you also loose fat in the upper eye lid hooding thus leading to more UEE, noticed this myself today; a fat ugly dude from one of my classed has an insane amount of eye hooding which dosent have any other real looksminning factors from ther excessive bodyfat.

a) slight uee is ideal with lashes
b) any hooding ideally caused by bone, not fat, so fat loss makes no diff
c) you probably wont lose fat there till very very low levels since I think it is a different type of fat / more stubborn

Is this true? I don't notice people gaining UEE with weightloss, fatpad storage around one's eyes seems to function slightly independently. A lot of fat people will have noticeably bad orbitals even without losing fat.
