Looxmaxing has destroyed my psyche and will destroy yours

For about three years I have been actively engaged in looxmaxing and every day I get worse. I objectively began to look better, even some women began to show attention, but this does not satisfy me in any way, I feel plastic and not real, it would be better if I remained ugly, but with a healthy psyche, I am sure that if you are not a sociopath you will not be able to maintain your mental health using hardmaxx

Idk man, looksmaxxing and healthmaxxing has proven many benefits for me. Yes sometimes I get BDD and compare myself to others, but it's this way I can improve.
Then again I also care about my mental health, which is why I have no social media on my phone except from Ytb which I don't even watch, and spend time in nature.
