don't aim for more than 3 tbh or you risk excess skin (not that likely if you're not that fat tbh but still) and lose of muscle mass.

Yep. I eat one meal every other day though. In the first few days i lost like 3 pounds but it gets slower afterwards.

Yup, plus op dont do it if youre i puberty jfl, intermittent fasting and some cardio on the side would help you out even more in the long run

Nope. I feel too dizzy to exercise. I think if youre very overweight you should lose it slowly and if you're just a bit chubby like me you should just water fast and have one meal every other day.

im in puberty but i need to lose weight asap cos a girl is coming to my house

also i need to get my collagen up i used to be a 5.5/10 now im bloatmaxxed and ugly

@6ft7Mogger i think you should take everybody else's advice tbh. It's unhealthy to lose weight like this. Even though I'm still eating one big meal every 3 or 4 days I still feel dizzy.

yes if it's only 4kg you can lose it fast, I usually eat a lot so the change was drastic for me but if you're used to it go ahead. In my case I need to lose atleast 25 pounds so it's different for me.

I'm planning on reaching my goal in the next three weeks and then I'll slowly adjust to a normal diet. I think if you dont eat anything at all you can do it in less than two weeks but you have a month until these girls come over right? You can lose it easily without even water fasting.

I would suggest just water fasting then if you're desperate to lose it fast. Be active also and dont sit or lie down in bed all day. If it gets to the point where you feel like you're gonna pass out just eat something small.

Yes, eat at a 1000 kcal deficit, and you'll lose 4kg of fat in month. Might also lose a little water weight on top of that.
