Easy way to lose fat, especially if you live in colder climate
1) Take a cold shower for 2 minutes
2) Go outside during coldest time (so, morning for example)
3) Shiver from cold
15 minutes of shivering in cold = 1 hour of moderate bike exercise.
4) Shiver for an hour
5) Go on with ur day
