Easy way to lose fat, especially if you live in colder climate

1) Take a cold shower for 2 minutes
2) Go outside during coldest time (so, morning for example)
3) Shiver from cold

15 minutes of shivering in cold = 1 hour of moderate bike exercise.

4) Shiver for an hour
5) Go on with ur day

Cold shower and going out will lower your internal body temperature, that means your body will have to get it up to a normal temperature and for that the body will use energy aka calories.

Your thing sound legit.

It's more than that. During cold temperature, your brown fat becomes active because of FGF21 - and brown fat acts as a muscle by eating white fat for calories. Next time you are in cold shower, you can feel back of your neck almost burning - and that's good because it means your brown fat is working to get your temperature up and is burning white fat for that. Most of your brown fat concentration is on the back of your neck
 
just train hard and dont eat like a mental ill subhuman
