Self explanatory, fasting + not drinking water + bad vitamins/nutrients intake

what’s that?
Telogen effluvium is a type of temporary hair loss that occurs when there is a disruption in the normal hair growth cycle. It is characterized by excessive shedding of hair, often in large clumps, from the scalp, resulting in thinning of the hair.

Telogen effluvium can be triggered by a variety of factors, including physical or emotional stress, hormonal changes, medication side effects, illness, surgery, and nutritional deficiencies. It can affect both men and women of all ages, but it is more common in women.

The hair loss associated with telogen effluvium is usually reversible, and the hair typically grows back once the underlying cause is addressed. Treatment may involve managing the underlying condition, improving diet and nutrition, reducing stress, and using hair products that promote hair growth. In most cases, the hair will grow back within six to nine months. However, in some cases, it may take longer.
