Been sick for two weeks, just recovered last week. Prior to that gyms were closed due to lockdown. Lost 3kg of muscle. Spent the last week eating like shit and not working out. Went to the gym once and it felt like dragging my balls through glass shards.

While sick I've increased my porn consumption and cooking habits. Also started playing video games again.

I think my dopamine receptors are completely fucked but I see no escape.

I wanna get out of this rut. Please give advice.

Same, brother. i think about the past and how my weak effort of looksmaxxing has lead to zero results/many regrets of not being consistent. lose some to gain everything

Update: I'm doing worse. Barely training at home. Gym is still closed. Sleep schedule completely fucked. I'm masturbating to porn 2-3 times per day even on days when I fuck a girl.

I'm becoming complacent with it. What the fuck do I do?

Maybe you can try setting a schedule for yourself for the things you want to do in the day. I've found that setting a schedule helps me because it brings order to my life and helps me do things I don't really want to do on a daily basis. I recommend you set a time for yourself to do the home workout, and for the rest of the day you can do pretty much whatever you want. If you do this consistently for a couple of days, it'll become a habit, and you'll feel guilty whenever you want to skip a workout or responsibility that you don't really feel like doing.

At least you are having sex with a girl. So can't be that bad.

I agree with setting an agenda for everyday and sticking to it. Discipline needed of course...
Would start with fixing your sleep cycle
