-low Sodium intake
-high potassium intake
-if high sodium intake then it has to be consistent so the kidney excrete excess sodium by its own(debatable andcdotally)
-Dry Sauna 20mins(instant result but temporary)
-HIIT cardio(through sweat)
-prescribed diuretic
-water manipulation like body builder(by drinking a lot a week before and then suddenly stop on the day of event
