whats your top 3 ways to get skinnyer and lower your bf and also maxing out GH and test and overall your stats during your prime in your puberty
im curoius of your opinions about this
Im losing weight but im at this really akward skinnyfat stage and how can i get out of it fast as possible i hate it i hate to look into the mirror like this
Im working out 5-6 days
Walking more and more
Tried out sprinting but my stamina was bad so i gotta improve on that
But my eating habits are weird some days i can starve or eat in a 200-400 deficit
But some days i could eat a horse and also have to control my self extremele cus i would eat all day and i crave shitty food
Im 81kg 178lbs
180cm 6’0
15yrs tuning 16 in 4 months
A little bit late almost no facial hair and just started growing hair on my leg but its growing rapidly
Mom 175cm dad 204cm 6’6-6’7
I want to max out my puberty i have a pretty good frame green eyes strong eyebrows full lips good ratios only thing holding me back is my facefat… please help
