Lost like 5 kilos but have not gotten that defined, I’m kinda skinny fat what would you guys recommend me to do

I think a big problem is my diet and not getting enough protien, don’t have to much time for the gym rn cause if school but trying to pick it up againIf you lose weight without lifting, you will look skinnyfat. You need to lift/cardio and eat enough protein so that when you lose weight and are lean, you don't look like a skinnyfat with a gut.
