I probably still hit 1900cal tho cus I used fucking sunflower oil to cook my scrambled eggs
I’m gonna boil them from now on

Also I’m skinny fat cutting down what weight should I cut to I’m around 80kg I have a belly and skinny arms 6ft height

clen is good, will increase your calories by 200-300 and retain muscle apparently.
but then i read it decreases bone mass jfl
so i stopped

would give the same affect as walking for like 20mins and eating high protein i suppose, which is what im doing now, but with a shit tons more cardio

u think 2hr or so walking at like 4mph + 1700cals good enough for quick fat loss?
If ur using machine make sure its inclined at 13
In the gym I do 13 Incline 3.5 mph walk burn around 400 calories every half hour on average.

Yeah it would be good for quick fat loss

also the carb to protein ratio is crazy u got. up the protein, decrease carbs to retain the muscle so u no longer skinny fat. u wanna lose fat weight not muscle

go read all the weight loss guides and look at posts made by @Orc, you could lose 20kg on your cut and still be skinny fat at the end of it because ur eating 40g of protein and are doing 0 weightlifting, all the foods ur eating are disgusting and have 0 micronutrients and arent satiating, you wont last more than a week on ur cut before u rebound and binge eat like a fat fuck

this is what im eating for my cut, its enough protein and nutrients to satiate me and at times im forcing myself to eat, i could easily eat less but i know it wont be sustainable in the long run

Having IT enough stuffing myself with eggs and Tuna and cottage cheese

1.2k calories is nowhere enough to get good macros and also get all ur micronutrients, you should set a baseline where you can eat as little as possible while hitting most of ur macros and micronutrients and then off setting the extra calories through cardio, 1000 deficit is more than enough

I can do both but gaining weight is real easy. Losing weight in the summer is too easy as I have zero appetite. Winter sucks being lean as I feel cold as fuckkkk
