bookmarkedif you want to drop bodyfat % as fast as humanly possible, there are two real routes. depends how much you are willing to suffer and what kind of risk you are ready to take.
first is the dnp route. you run dnp at around 200-400mg a day depending how much you can tolerate without frying yourself. dnp literally forces fat out of your body no matter what you do. it does not forgive mistakes. you fuck around, you find out. while you are on it, you have to stay strict carnivore — beef, lamb, eggs, maybe a little cheese if you digest it well. no carbs at all. carbs will make you overheat and crash, it is not negotiable. hydration becomes your religion, 4 to 6 liters of water a day minimum or you are finished. you need to be salting everything and probably supplementing potassium and magnesium every day too, otherwise you will start cramping and feeling like your heart is exploding. training while cutting is a whole debate. i personally believe you MUST keep lifting heavy compounds even when nuking fat. squat, deadlift, bench, pullups, rows. shieldzz disagrees, he says it does not matter, you will lose muscle either way. i have seen different. every time i cut and kept lifting heavy, i held onto way more size than when i just sat on my ass. your body needs a reason to hold muscle and the only reason it understands is heavy load. you will feel weaker, but you have to show up anyway. creatine helps a bit to keep strength. vitamin c and vitamin e help counter some of the oxidative stress dnp causes internally. if you do everything right, you can lose 0.5 to 1kg of fat per day on dnp. yes, per day. it is like cheating at the laws of thermodynamics. but you also feel like shit the entire time, and if you overdose or make a dumb mistake, you can end up dead. most guys are not built for this route. but if you are, you can transform your body in 30-45 days completely.
second is the ozempic/rybelsus route. you use semaglutide to kill your hunger completely. with 0.5mg a week of ozempic or low dose daily rybelsus, your appetite will be obliterated. you will have to actually force yourself to eat basic protein to survive. same carnivore diet rules apply — beef, lamb, eggs, salt, nothing else. because even though ozempic kills hunger, it does not fix blood sugar crashes if you eat garbage. training still matters here too. again, i believe lifting heavy 3x a week minimum is mandatory if you want to look good at the end. just because you are eating less does not mean you stop lifting. if you do, you will turn into a flat, skinny-fat softboy instead of someone lean and hard. ozempic cuts fat slower than dnp but it is infinitely safer. you can realistically expect 0.5kg to 1kg of fat loss per week depending on how aggressive your deficit is. it takes longer — maybe 2 to 3 months to fully shred down — but you will not feel like you are dying every second like with dnp.
(everything not mentioned here was tested by us on ourselves like the lab rats we are, it doesnt work/is unsustainable, like cardio and addy for example)
