No, losing weight or lowering bodyfat isn't guaranteed to make you look better. It only reveals your actual base, which could be better or worse or vastly better, depending on the bone structure.

Losing weight only emphasises your distinguishable facial features that are already somewhat distinguished at a high bodyfat percentage but if you are boneless and being overweight make ratios look better then it's giga over like damn.

I wonder how many people actually look worse compared to how many look better 🤔. I can bet a lot do look worse too

Obviously if you got inferior bone structure, revealing it won’t do you much favour, but for your overall health it is rather preferred to be lean and muscly

Yeah. I'm like 40% bf on mri scan but hope to get down to 12% but even then scientists confirmed that it can be genetic so I feel dissuaded and not to mention that perseverance is genetic I think idk
