In the last week the skin has picked up a lot. I mean A LOT.

It's been around 16 days since first started using the LED light therapy mask. I've settled on Blue Light for around 18 minutes, followed by Red Light for around also 18 minutes.

In the evening I am 20 minutes on Purple and then 20 minutes on Green.

Still limiting myself to two meals a days. Porridge at around midday and then any grilled type of meat-meal in the evening. Still doing HIIT (Sprints) during the day, as well as some weighted very small workouts using sand-filled ankle weights I'm borrowing from my roomie. It weighs up to merely 10kg though ROFL, so having to use the strictest form to get anything out of it and can only really do shoulder-press and bicep-curls. Volume reps.

Around 16 weeks without any sort of hair-cut JFL lost count and around 17/18 since eyebrows were threaded. Dunno if it's lens distortion (Probably is) but cheeks not looking this bloated while seeing self in mirror. Also decided that I am definitely getting the lazy right eye-lid fixed with blepharoplasty surgery.

You look sad because of nct you can get almond eye,nose job and jaw angle implant for more masculine jaw tbh.And skin bleaching would be good i don't mean full white skin but glowing skin

As a 5'8 Indian you can't afford to be over 14% body fat.

You have good bones/compact midface so it is worth it for you to get really lean.

Yeah. Lost an insane amount of weight over the last 2-3 months as I was actually bordering on obese, almost man.

Problem is I need to start body recomposition and that requires gyms to be open so I can start using weights. Food sources need muscle to go to otherwise fat stores in the face. Can't just have to purely not eat at all in order to lean the face down more.

Also lost a tooth on my right cheek, which is why you see a tiny bit of upper jaw recession beginning to form. Gonna have to implant or use a temporary measure like a denture meanwhile.

Don't need a gym. Just get pull up bar and some rings off Amazon and you're sweet. There must be some parks with calisthenics spots in that shitehole aren't there?

No there are not. You saw my pics. I was ripped a couple of years back. Got bogged down with 9-5 job and began eating processed food and not bothering to hit gym after work, over 2 years my body evaporated.

Quarantine gave me the chance to realise what had happened to me, as I was avoiding it. Lost 13-15kg in 3 months and now need gym to recomposition the physique so food has some muscle to go to and doesn't just store as fat. Can't be doing HIIT sprints and fasting forever. Fucking pandemic has done me a favour, but now needs to end, pls! LOL
