Haven’t benched in a while and just tried incline. A month ago I was able to do 72.5kg for like 10 reps 4 sets, now I can barely do 5 reps at that weight.

I can bench 40 kg for one rep

As a man you always have to be 100% zoned ininto studycelling, partying, and gymcelling. If you falter even a little bit you will lose progress in whatever area you neglected. I learned this and I lost 30lbs of bench press strength after 1 month no lifting and giga studycelling with modafinil

2 weeks monkmode focused bulking helped me regain my strength tho

I lose strength after about a week. It comes back pretty quickly. I was suprised at how quickly my deadlift strength returned after ~13 years of no deadlifting or other lower body lifting and massive weight loss.
