Basically I used to have a rounder face as a kid, and obviously losing facial fat is something that happens with age. It feels that my face deflated and drooped down, so instead of having facial fat covering my non-existing facial features, now that it has all descended down, I look older and mature, but face looks way longer than it used to. What I'm asking is, the people who also lose their facial fat when they mature, but don't have their face completely change, was it the bone structure? I somehow doubt I would need a face lift at my age (28), even though stretching and lifting my skin across my face to resemble what I used to look like a kid does the job, somehow I doubt this is the solution.
