Lost Her Because of My Autism—Is It Too Late to Make Things Right?

I am a HTN, my looks aren't my problem
since the first day a girl has been attracted to me.
she made conversations many times, I talked to her, liked her too
I was happy, FELT HUMAN AGAIN
but because of my autism, wasn't able to keep up the conversations but still she would come up to me almost very often and chat me up.
I never took the initiation. I am autistic and only browse org so i do not know how to use Instagram for girls.
I only have snap as social media, I would snap her once a while and she would re snap immediately but now she leaves me on open. for 20 h then replies.

She was sad about my disability of not making a move.
I overheard her say to her friend in another language that he could have said we were just friend but he just ghosts me.

Now she doesn't talk or look at me. I miss her.
CAN I FIX THIS,HOW ? or am i just destined to be alone.

The sad reality is as a man you always need to make the first move girls rarely will tell u they like u at least in warm environments idk how it is in clubs

But the last time I had a girl be straight foreword and actually tell me she liked me I was 16 it was 4 years ago

Girls will approach and talk to u a lot or look, be close to u etc but they almost never say it to ur face
