Great
For this ass job, holiday year is 1st April to 31st March. "Great, I'll get my holiday pay now", I thought. Turns out, according to some "employee handbook" I didn't read, it needs to be claimed by the end of February.

So I lost it all. Despite there being no mention of that on the employment contract, and it saying holiday year is until 31st March. Idk if this is even legal

And then I texted my manager that it wasn't clear, and he came back with some snarky response about how it had been mentioned in "briefings"
