i wouldn't starvemax or else you run the risk of yo-yo dieting and getting into serious eating disorder territory. With my experience dieting as a full grown man, you shouldnt cut below 1500 kcals or else you will likely binge

I'm naturally an ectomorph(skinny wrists). So I feel satiated eating one full meal throughout the day.

I just have really low metabolism from starving throughout my adolescence.

I've been skinny before. I looked amazing. Just take collagen and amino acids.
 
I'm already overweight. There's no use on bulking.

if u want to stay lean year round, start off at around 10-12% bf, lean bulk for 8-12 weeks, cut for 2-4 weeks. Being lean is more important than being muscular. Being bloated for most of the year, then shredding down for a few months will leave you bloated facially speaking for the rest of your lifting career and you will have a gut. Ideal body for female gaze can be achieved with only 20 lbs of muscle and being 8-12 percent bf

not if you do cardio sport on the side

i do swimming on the side and i find it very hard to bulk if something, my bf is around 15ish atm.

The guyz who stay bloated are thoze gym guyz who never do cardio at all and bulk the whole year

My face is bloated right now(compared to when I was skinny) because my whole body is bloated.

Face gets much leaner when I drink a litre of coconut water.

Don't worry about me, I will become(am already getting) skinny.

Cardio is catabolic. If you think you are "bulking" but you aren't gaining weight, you aren't bulking.

You wont notice anything instantly like you insinuated. The potassium/sodium ratio thing isnt just instant
