Cardio is catabolic. If you think you are "bulking" but you aren't gaining weight, you aren't bulking.not if you do cardio sport on the side
i do swimming on the side and i find it very hard to bulk if something, my bf is around 15ish atm.
The guyz who stay bloated are thoze gym guyz who never do cardio at all and bulk the whole year
