Genuinely how tf do u get rid of love handles and ass fat? even when i was 10% bodyfat i still had love handles and my ass was still prominent, rn im around 15% bf and my love handles really ruin my physique

not sure bc above my love handles my waist is rlly small so my body is kinda like an X but obv less wide hips compared to my shoulders

Fat distribution is all genetics u js got unlucky. also usually people highly underestimate their bf% so u probably weren't 10 percent, seen lot of ppl say theyre at 8 percent when they had barely visible abs
