Why is modern day love or love in general seen as this big goal in life that every young person seeks to accomplish at a young age, I think it’s a fairly stupid concept and most people atleast deep people would realize this
You spend years of your life doing shit you don’t want to do, You became insanely depressed and your confidence is on the lowest of the low, you watch as the genetically blessed accomplish your struggles so easily while you fight for your life everyday, Some get driven to suicide, Others cope, Some give up, And some make it out the loop, Even if you do make it out and finally achieve a relationship, You quickly notice it’s extremely shadow and not worth your time, you’ve now spent years of your life putting heart and soul into this one goal just to realize in the end you now have a girl who is always on your ass, gets mad at everything and anything, Will try to control you, And is an utter idiot, so you leave the relationship and now you look for a much deeper relationship and try to find an actual deep human connection, You spend even more years of your life searching and searching only to find yourself single in your 20’s still searching and realizing you’ve basically wasted your life on this one and single goal
You watch as people the same age as you become successful, some even build legacies and stories that would be told on for generations, And you watch in regret thinking what was it for?
seriously, I’m not saying love itself is dumb, The idea of human connection is what built you and generations of humans, It’s what caused world history and greatness, But at the end of the day i’m just saying desperateness will never pay you fully
no im not coping im 15 and have had a couple of relationships im just saying what ive observed from society
