Just that a slightly longer midface is associated with high class and is an upper class feature. IIRC he pointed out a few PSL figures who had it that he said gave them the high class look. Nick Bateman was one I believe and a couple others. He basically was saying if you have a slightly long midface you don't need to suicide, you can work around and go for said look. I keep on saying shit like "slightly" because obviously if its too long it just looks like shit.

Also, I think a long philtrum is a sign of old age just like hairloss. I have an 18mm philtrum and it looks sub-human along with my 50mm downturned mouth. Sean O'Pry is a good example of an ideal philtrum length in my opinion.
