JFL if you think collagen theory isn't legit

Collagen is stored in the hair and makes it thicker, and less likely to fall out due to DHT Choking

The ultimate norwood routine is:

Dht Blocker - Finasteride

Hair reinforcer/thickener - Collagen Supplements

Active Grower - Dermaroller / (((minoxidil))) (which will decrease collagen and make your hair weaker anyway so not recommended)

I've heard bad things about microneedling too, I think it was @x30001 who talked about this but I don't remember exactly

Microneedling is good. It's a form of microautophagy stimulating growth through infliction via a controlled stressor/aggressor, creating damage that needs to be repaired. PGE2 is a factor involved in repair. Not the main one, but just one of many. Microneedling actually inhibits PGE2 release and promotes PGD2 release which is a factor that's expressed when inflammation/damage occurs. Peppermint oil grows hair too but also inhibits PGE2. Even Niacin and PQQ promote PGD2. PGD2 isn't the factor causing the damage itself; it's just recruited for use when the damage happens. So I wouldn't ever recommend applying Peppermint Oil after Microneedling.

PGD2/PGE2 work differently from person to person; and I kind of know why, but it's very complicated. @SquareChinOrDeath noticed increased hair growth when inhibiting PGD2 with Setipiprant. But I notice no hairloss when causing the release of PGD2 through use of Peppermint Oil, PQQ, Niacin and other things.

PGD2/PGE2 are Prostaglandin factors. The Prostaglandin receptor is a G-protien Coupled Receptor. It's a receptor where agonism/antagonism doesn't create universal/concrete outcomes in everyone. It varies from person to person.

The compound binds to the Prostaglandin receptor; then only after it binds, it recruits a "Second Messenger Molecule" which will send a message to the target either through the cAMP or Phosphatadylinositol pathways.

What the Message and Target(s) are seem pretty unpredictable and vary from person to person.
sunscreen, ghk cu and retin a
GHK-cu protects you against UV ray damage anyways. It's awesome.
