Low dose accutane while on 8ius gh?

I have gh on the way and will be titrating up to 8ius + using an AI. But my ai supply is running out so i need to order.

My currycel AI source has cheap ahh 20mg isotretinoin and I've heard it can affect growth plates at higher doses but not really at low doses, but what about if im on gh and low dose isotret, would it affect my growth plates differently than without gh in any way?
If anyone has an understanding on this please share
