I was feeling lethargic. No real night sweats or warmth tho . I’m using ritalin as well so I thought on the dnp cycle break I would take ritalin as that nukes appetite as wellWhy did u change the protocol

3 days 125 mg w lots of coffee n thyroid 3 days 250 mg lots of coffee aspirin and thyroid 2 dsys 375 mg lots of coffee aspirin thyroid 1 week break Repeat except it’s 4 4 2 now Estimate body fat loss is like 5 percent in three weeks of this
First one I would say 23 percent second one 21. First one was empty stomach second one after eating. Most of the fat that went was from face back and butt. Stomach and chest is basically the same
I haven’t measured it also it is meaningless I’ve heard as dnp makes you retain a lot of war. Some have reported scales even go up until they get off cycle and weight themselves after the bloat is gone. Fwiw this week I’ll ramp up my dnp dosage to 400 mg ( till now I’ve been taking womens dosages) so let’s see how it pans out . I’ll take pics after one week and tag you
400mg sounds too high. I think it’s healthier to take smaller doses for longer durations
Na 400 is normal for my height and I’m taking it in a tapering up manner so 250 250 250 rest 400 400 400 ( one week). Also taking antioxidant anti histamines vitamins progesterone and thyroid hormone so I’ll be fine.
If you don’t have sides then I guess it’s fine. Btw why the antihistamines progesterones and thyroid hormone?
Anti histamine to combat any allergy ( very rare) ,thyroid cause dnp shuts it down and using them both can synergise for fat loss. Dnp makes you warm and so taking progesterone can make it easier to sleep by increasing GABA and reducing cortisol levels
