The reason low dose (~300mg? - I don't even know how much I take, like less than an 1/8 of teaspoon) is good is because it will make you feel feelings, like you can watch a TV show, or listen to music, or go for a walk, and you'll actually enjoy it like you're supposed to, instead of feeling absolutely nothing/dead inside, which can motivate you to live because it reminds you of why you actually like living sometimes. Now, lots of drugs can do that, but where phenibut shines is not making you crash afterwards. You go to sleep; you have awesome sleep; you wake up and you feel pumped because of the dopamine rebound. If there's any sort of crash or withdrawal then it occurs 2 days later instead of the next day, like nearly all other drugs. But, since you're taking taking a really small dose, almost unnoticeable, the momentum of the previous 2 days will outshine whatever negative there might be if there even are any. The trick is to not take it two days in a row. Probably best to only take it 1-2 a week. It is an addictive drug. You want to use it as a supplement to get yourself unstuck, not as a foundation for anything.
