Propranolol was free cuz I got it prescribed and Pregabalin you can get 150 pills for $15 on indiamart
But if u can get it prescribed that’s even better

Propranolol only fixes the physical symptoms of anxiety so if ur problem is mental id lowkey try to do a natural route
I’m only doing these drugs temporarily until I have enough money to go to a functional medicine doctor
Bc anxiety and stuff like that can be hormone and gut related and I think it’s better to fix the internal cause than just coping with drugs

Pregab shouldn’t be taken daily
I’m gonna do it once a week before I go to a football game

I would say 1. Boost ur test 2. Do something natural like I was talking abt
3. If u need some meds I would do pregab or propranolol to start with since that’s what I’m doing bc they are the least dangerous
