I see here a lot of mtns even htns struggling for foids. Most of you could slay if you lower your inhib.
You just need to be ltn+ for this to work.
The easiest way to low inhib max is speak a lot. You need to have a say on variety of topics that normies discuss. If you don’t know anything about the topic, you should state that you aren’t interested in the topic and state reasons. The logic should be present, doesn’t matter correct or wrong. You just need to gaslight the normies.
So here’s the real tip:-
You need to speak fast. As soon as you think about something, you need to speak it. Here’s a catch- You need to speak at a faster pace. Transfer a lot of info in a really little time.
Before trying this, observe the nt people who speak a lot. Copy their speaking speed.
Too fast- people will think you are panicking.
Slow or default speed:- people wont even listen to you.
You need to copy speed of speaking of someone really nt but the thoughts and logic will be yours.
Practice this on multiple people( doesn’t take much effort to learn and master). This will lower ur inhib and remove anxiety, overthinking, etc.
