My long midface appearance is all due to my extremely close-set eyes.

See the difference it makes when I Photoshop myself with a wider IPD:

I ascended 2 fucking PSL points just by increasing my IPD from 57mm to 67mm.

How did you measure what app you used ?

I measured my IPD with a ruler and a mirror. I closed my left eye and aligned the 0 mark of the ruler to the pupil of my right eye. Then I opened my left eye and closed my right eye and read out the measurement: 57mm.

I used the Warp Transform tool in GIMP to widen my eyes to a point where I thought it looked proportional. I divided the "after" IPD in pixels by the "before" IPD in pixels, multiplied that number by 57mm, and got 67mm.

High IPD looks weird too. Depends on your face width and how it balances IPD. It's all about proportions. But better to be slightly higher IPD than slightly lower IPD

I don’t need nose bone shaving, I need MORE bone in my nose (more forward projection). The skin doesn’t have enough surface area to stretch out, making it thick.
