Yes. its easier to fatten up, then lipo the fat and then exercise to reach the poser female body. This is what MTF do to even sometimes look better than natural women.

E for women is a looksmax in general as many women are born a little masculinized in the fact or skinny in the body. Its a big debate in the MTF community vs natural women who complain that they should be able to have the direct hormones for free to feminize their masculine face.

birth control essentially does the same thing, not as direct an efficient as the other injections though.
