how do i fix my libido? ive had a really high libido all my life n my dick has never failed me even tho i was beatin it all day, but like 3-4 months ago, i just lost it n my dick wont function properly, like 1 week after that, during pregame with my gf, i didnt wanna do it n my dick just wont get hard no matter what, the last time we tried, i could get it hard but i came in like 5 min, because i had been on nofap since then, i thought it would be beneficial especially for the gym but i feel horrible n not having any sex drive is making me miserable, im not fat n i stopped smokin since then but it looks like that wasnt the problem. nofap is bs theres not any benefit from it besides fucking like a scared monkey n cumin in 1 min. is my sexual life over? i cant get hard for long n i dont wanna take viagra n shit as it is low iq + i would be admitting failure. ¿what can i do?
